Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Logitrix Solutions for any services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all projects, contracts, and professional relationships between Logitrix Solutions and its clients. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Logitrix Solutions provides digital services including web development, mobile app development, AI automation, social media management, SAAS development, and digital strategy. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals and contracts.
3. Payment Terms
All projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payments are due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments incur a 2% monthly fee. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all custom-developed code, designs, and content created specifically for their project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party tools and libraries remain under their respective licenses.
5. Revisions & Changes
Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at $50/hour. Major scope changes require a new written agreement and may affect project timelines and pricing.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We sign NDAs upon request before any project discussion. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or technical details to any third party without your written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Logitrix Solutions' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you pay for all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced. We will deliver all completed work files upon final payment.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Pakistan.
